Then they could get updated, only if the artist likes the edits... Ok?

Because I got the ok from SWolf.

Now I need the ok from the artists.

The arokai dragon is....... Tiffashy's artwork isn't it? I don't think this Is the way how things should be done. I like the idea of improvising the current in-zone sprites and all, but shouldn't the artist be asked for permission to touch her sprite first? I don't think it's right if someone just improved someone else's sprite, even though of course we know it's for goodwill intentions, but asking permission should be the most important and basic thing. People can't just take another person's sprite, tweak it and post it up w/o consent from the original spriter. Basic courtesy.

On a side note, I'd prefer if the sky wing, fairy and longeared dragon be improved first, because 1) they still really need work on
    2) the arokai dragon is perfectly acceptable as it is.

You didn't have my permission nor Losk's permission to use our sprite. I don't see any problem with our sprite and I find it very disturbing on how you gone over and poked our dragon without even shooting an PM or an polite message.

    I totally agree with Silver.

The Arokai dragon had crits while Wolfie's dragons didn't really get the chance to grab the crits it needs.

You have an ok to fix my rubbish sprites XD
    They FAILED.
But yeah, don't forgetty to ask for permission from artists...
My first three dragons, I had to cope with no crits. There was a forum then, but none of you nice people had joined XD So... I was kinda stuck O.o

    ...Crap I knew I forgot something D: sorries T_T

And the arokai is actually pretty flat, lines have issues and it seems to lack an eye [i think i see a blue splotch...?] I looked it up and Losk is the original artist with tissashy claiming from the art dump thread and i guess had poked it -shrug- either way it still needs work like the others, though it is better than some. o3o

Also note that i am getting other opinions and comments and crits for another site and chatroom. So it's not just me saying things need work [and some of the people are even more blunt than me and i do not wish to quote them]

Meh. As soon as the site lets me post links ill throw some tutorials at you guys and ill be on my way; i'll mostly stop pestering you :P

I removed them because I didn't |D And then Tiffashy again for the green dragon :L actually asking before i do anything this time whoo)

I guess you gone impatient XD
I was on holiday before anyway so yea o3o

I don't really want the Arokai to be edited again, its fine to me and it is kinda flat but at least no one is going to die because of it.

But for the green dragon, go crazy and wild on it. The contrast on it is cheesy XD

I wouldn't mind revisions on the Aro'kai dragon, but I would like to see a few of the other breeds get a little love first. Like others have said, some of them didn't get many crits on the sprites before they got put in the zone.

As it is, I might change the shading on the Aro'kai myself, I threw the sprite into the abandon thread before I finished. I only did a bit of the basic shading, and then I got bored with the sprite. X'D But I've been lazy and there's other stuff to finish up when my spriter's block goes away. (almost went away last night and then a sprite got sent through the jpeg, and it screwed everything up)

And what's the sketches for? o3o

YEa I totally agree with you guys there. Like once I made an dragon for something and then it turned out that the person wanted a drake, not an dragon and complained about EVERYTHING like the pose, the legs, head, wings and tail. When I edited them, he still complained about the same thing like "NO NO YOU DONE IT ALL WRONG" so I changed it one last time and he STILL thought it was wrong and didn't look 'drake-ish' enough. So I just got annoyed and didn't bother to help that person anymore.
    Serves him right >:U

That reminds me of something. Like when looking at an dragon project, you like see the most amazing sprite ever and below it was comments of people giving out 50 crits or something for it when it doesnt even need to be changed xD
