Baby Magpie In Care From Freeze

Hey. Today (8/5/12) A baby magpie was born. It fell out of its nest and ran intom my back garden where my dog was at the time. Luckly my dog didnt touch it. I am waiting for the vets to phone to see if we can look after it. We have to feed it, Worms,Fruit,Inscets and water. If you have any tips on how to look after it please post and tell me how. find worms, and cut them up, and constantly be feeding the bird. that's what its parents do, so it should be fine if you do that and listen to the vet for sure
