i tried evening out the different shades again. is there a difference? my eyes are like @.@ right now, and this heat is terrible. and could you rephrase the part about joining the shading with the belly and stuff? i didn't quite get that XD

Yes, that's what I mean, but the shoulder should be moved so it' not so forward. I can redline, if you'd like?

To be honest, I think the first one looks better then the new one.

The reason the Fairy and Long-Eareds are so bad, is becuase I had NO crits. I did it all by myself, no one gave me crits at all. You, however, can get crits. You can work on your dragon, you can mkae it work, and look better. If you want this to be a solo project, you should be expecting a lot of work. I didn't make the fairy in one hour. It took me closer to four. Maybe more. If you want, you can have this put on hold, so you can continue this when your better, or you can work hard now. Or, you could ask people to help. It's your choice, but I'm saying, this could still use editing before it's finished.

Ack. Guys, this is her first sprite. Like its almost insulting to get crits that go like far too over the edge and make the spriter feel worse about their own talent and skills. Like I said, this was her first sprite and keep pushing Silver on and on about the same thing can annoy anyone really badly it just makes them want to leave and never bother looking at the same place again.
Just hope you understand. Silver nor Wolfie isn't like perfect on their first attempt and finishing the sprite, no sprite is perfect and it doesn't need to be.

That's right, nobody's perfect. But we can strive by trying to do our best when it comes to something we love! I'm sorry if I was a little pushy with my crits, I just wanted to help out.

When I get upset because I end up unhappy with something I've sprited, I usually just start over. And the reasons can range from improved skill, too many inaccuracies, or just generally being unhappy with it. So I just make a new one, and hope for the best. Not only does it turn out to be good practice, but I usually like what I come up with much better than what I used to have. I've got quite the track record for this, so I think you should give it a try. c: After all, it is your art, and you should be happy with it. c;

A big thank you to you sextonator, you've made me feel better (: and you know what? I think I might take your advice and try and redo the whole shading again - when I have the time ^_^ In the meantime, I appreciate your critism and I do understand that you are trying to help, so thank you again (: in the future, you can go ahead and point out all the errors in my work, because I believe that would help me to improve.

@shadow Want to know how long I spent on this? 2 weeks. TWO. WEEKS. Mind you >_< as compared to 4 hours, I think this artwork is one that I have put my best efforts in than any other, and I'm proud of it, so PLEASE don't give me hurting remarks like "you didn't put a lot into this". and I did suggest several times for someone to improve your sprites, but oh wellll, to no result.

And, *disclaimer* I am NOT unreceptive to Critism, I mean really, I'm not some immature brat who thinks my artwork is the best and doesn't need critism.

(Last bit of argument, but I just want to say this... for some random reason :O, I could take offense from people saying my sprites need to be re-done. But I don't. I could take offense that people saying they don't like them much, But I don't. When you think about it, saying someone's sprite should be re-done completely, is more offensive then saying it just needs to be eidited. That is all.)
